About The Pacifica Place At Criswell Chrysler

Hi I'm Carl Wilhelm and I am the admin. and point of contact for The Pacifica Place at Criswell Chrysler. I have been a Sales Consultant at Criswell Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Ram for almost 8 years now. I found that trying to navigate the Chrysler website or finding out information on the Chrysler Pacifica online could be somewhat frustrating. I started The Pacifica Place Website as a place where people that were interested in purchasing or learning about the Pacifica could find as much information as possible in one website. 

I have been in the Automotive Sales Industry since October 1995. In that time, I have only worked at two dealerships, both Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Ram dealerships. I don't believe in hopping from dealership to dealership so you will always know where to find me. I take pride in the Chrysler products I sell and in providing my clients with exceptional service by providing a stress free, transparent buying experience.  I always remind myself that even though I sell cars everyday, people don't buy cars everyday so I try to make it an experience my clients will enjoy and not dread. 

I reside in Frederick, MD with my wife Michelle and our two children, Caitlyn and Brayden.  We also have a dog, two cats and a turtle who live with us as well. In my spare time I enjoy travelling with my family, going to baseball games(go O's!) and coaching my son's Little League baseball team.
